He
is born in 1966, in a family of musicians, his father would iniciate
him in the guitar at the age of 5, teaching him argentinean folclore.
From 1973 to 1976 he integrates a folcloric trio with his brothers,
performing in several stages, radios and TV.
Between 1976 and 1984 he studies classic guitar with professors
Lucio Pérez, Héctor Pedutto and Claudio Morrone.
He is now Superior Professor of Guitar.
Entre 1980 y 1984 realiza presentaciones y conciertos en diversos
puntos del país como concertista de guitarra.
From 1985 to 1988 he studies in the Facultad de Bellas Artes de
La Plata.
He also studies on jazz guitar and plector tecnique, harmony and
improvisation as a pupil to Narciso Saúl, Oscar López
Ruiz, Ricardo Lew and Ricardo Pellican. He creates with violinist
Sergio Poli the group Cordal Swing.
He integrates the latin jazz group “Clase Única”
and the folcloric proyectin group “Surco”. Together
with sax plaer Pablo Ledesma the bebop group "Nebop".
He participates in concerts and Jam with people like Mingo Espinosa,
Hugo Marino, Hernán Oliva, Jorge Cutello, Guillermo Vadala,
Norberto Mcline, among others.
He works as a teacher in Bahía Blanca, Buenos AIres, during
1989 and 1991. He plays in Bahía Blanca's Sinphonic Orquestra
with Atilio Stampone and Daniel Binelli.
He lives in the city of Buenos Aires in 1991 untill 1993 where
he works as a teacher and plays in groups with Rodolfo García
(ex Almendra, Aquelarre), Grupo Vocal Argentino, Jorge Rojas,
Chiqui Pereyra, Alberto Castillo, among others.
From 1993 to 2000 he lives in Córdoba, making a spiritual
retirement, in a school of Cuarto Camino.
On the year 2000 he is part of the Cordobes group TRIO 4 with
Luis Lewin (piano), Fernando Bobarini (bass) and Hugo Ordanini
(drums).
He returns to his city, La Plata, continuing his activity as a
teacher and as a professional.
Nowadays he plays in trio with Pablo Ledesma and Pepe Angelillo,
in duet with Andrés Bewsaert, in quartet with Ricardo Lew,
Ricardo and Andrés Pellican.
He has his own argentinian music group, "Néstor Gómez
y la Nostálgica".
